Septic tanks
Household and commercial septic tanks/treatment plants require pump outs every 3 years. This is to protect aggi pipes, sand filters or irrigation pipes depending on type of system. There are different size septic tanks. If all the waste out of the house flows into your septic tank, it will usually be a 3,200 litre tank. If just the toilet flows into the tank, it is usually an 1,800 litre tank.

Sewerage Waste Disposal Point
Yarra Valley Septics owns and operates a sewerage disposal site at Dorset Rd Bayswater, under licence agreement with Yarra Valley Water. Contractors are required to enter into a sewerage disposal agreement. All loads are sampled and PH tested prior to discharge.

After hours and weekends can be arranged.
